LUNCH : Daging Lada Hitam Bercili / Black Pepper Beef with Chili

DAGING LADA HITAM BERCILI / BLACK PEPPER BEEF WITH CHILI

BAHAN-BAHAN / INGREDIENTS

200 g daging lembu / Beef
1 labu bawang besar ( potong bulat) / 1 Big Onion (cut into ring)
6 biji cili padi ( hiris atau sebiji ) / 6 Bird Eyes chili (sliced)
2 ulas bawang putih ( dihiris) / 2  cloves Garlic (sliced)
1/2 inci halia ( dihiris) /1/2 inch  Ginger (sliced)
1 sudu makan lada hitam ( ditumbuk) / 1 Tbsp Blackpepper (pounded)
2 sudu besar kicap manis / 2 Tbsp Sweet Soy Sauce
1 sudu besar sos tiram / 1 Tbsp Oyster Sauce
sedikit daun ketumbar / Corriander
sedikit minyak masak / Cooking oil

CARA /  METHOD

1. Masak daging hingga kering air dalam kuali. Jika daging keras sila tambah 
air dan masak semula hingga empuk / Boil meat  until  tender
2. Jika daging sudah empuk masukkan 2 sudu besar minyak dan goreng seketika / Fry beef with 2 Tbsp oil
3. Masukkan bahan2 hiris ke dalam daging tadi / Add all sliced item 
4. Masukkan lada hitam tumbuk dan sos tiram serta kicap manis. / Add pounded Black pepper, Oyster Sauce and Sweet Soy Sauce.
5. Tambahkan sedikit air kemudian masukkan daun ketumbar / Add some water and corriander 
6. Sesuaikan rasa dan angkat / Served
